Ross holds a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and is an experienced strategist and planner. He earned his stripes with Colenso, and then developed his skills further working for a number of large multi-national organisations including ExxonMobil, Mitsubishi Motors, Contact Energy, Origin Energy and Red Cross. Ross has an ability to blend traditional marketing concepts, with the latest digital tools and applications, to build strong, enduring brands and marketing campaigns that convert. Ross also has considerable experience in the public sector, with senior roles in health, and at MSD.

Jack is an experienced Developer and Consultant that has worked with Companies small and large across NZ, Latin America and Europe. Jack cuts out the technical jargon and brings simple, practical and performant solutions to complex challenges.

The talented designer Josh brings his expertise from working inhouse at a Global IT Company. He brings his exceptional design skills to our team, and we love our expert in video editing. When Josh isn’t busy creating impactful visual designs, you can hear him singing Taylor Swift’s ‘All Too Well’ (10 minute version).

Baylee is a creative go-getter with a degree in Media and Communication Design from Victoria University. Known for her boundless enthusiasm and sharp eye for detail. Whether it’s exploring new ideas or refining visual solutions, Baylee is always ready to make an impact.

Wendy has worked with a diverse range of clients in Melbourne, Sydney, London and Prague where she honed her skills in brand identity, print, packaging, installation, environment and digital design. She is passionate about engaging with the fresh and unexpected to create a unique voice for brands.
